1. Overview

We sell beef tenderizers, scrapers, plating tools, patty presses, shaping molds, and related kitchen tools. We strive to display product images, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Return Policy.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in Euro (EUR) and include applicable value-added tax (VAT) or other taxes only where required by law for customers within the European Union. For customers outside the EU, prices are exclusive of any import duties, taxes, or fees that may be levied by your local customs authority. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
3.3 Errors
In the event of a pricing error or typographical error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced product, even after an order confirmation has been sent. We will notify you and refund any amounts paid.
